Benetech will occasionally send letters or emails to request additional documents when processing your FSA/HRA claims. It may be a request for a letter of medical necessity, or a request for documentation to substantiate that your expense is eligible, or it could be a denial letter. Missing these communications and failing to act on a request can result in your Benny card being suspended for use.
Actively manage your account
- Add donotreply@ebenefitsresource.lh1ondemand.com to your Safe Senders list so we can stay in touch. We understand that sometimes email ends up in junk or spam.
- When you enroll in your plan and provide us with your email address, we will send your notifications via email. Add us to your whitelist so you don't miss any critical reminders.
What to get ahead of the mailings? Manage your account online.
- Try our mobile app. Get account notifications, manage and upload your receipts, submit a claim, scan barcodes to check item eligibility, and more.
- Use our online portal. You may already manage your bank accounts and more online - manage your FSA/HRA/HSA account(s) online as well. Get your account notifications, upload receipts, submit a claim, use the Let's Chat feature to ask questions, and more.
