Training - issues with iPads & Safari

Unfortunately, the training courses are not optimized for iPads or Safari.

To clarify, the Zywave Learning site and many courses are not fully optimized for mobile devices such as iPads. If you are encountering errors when attempting to view the course:
1.  Use Chrome - the courses work best with this browser.  Firefox also works well.
2.  Use a device (PC, laptop, etc.) using the Microsoft operating system (not Apples or Macs).
3.  If you do use a Mac, please refer to the following:
Use Chrome and clear browser data. Hold [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Delete] and select the advanced tab.  Select all-time in the drop menu, and check off the boxes for Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.  Click Clear Data and close the entire browser.  Re-open the browser go to lms.zywave.com and complete your course.
If you continue to have an issue, and are using Mac iOS, we recommend turning on Cross-Site Tracking in your browser.
