You've created your groups, you've added your employees, and you are ready to assign the course.  However, you're worried your employees will delete the email. 

First - talk to your IT team and make sure they've followed the instructions here: https://support.zywave.com/s/article/Allowlist-instructions  That'll make sure the emails are not blocked by any of your email filter or spam systems.

The assignment email will come from: notifications@learning.zywave.com with the subject:  You have a new learning task
