Download the Benetech Benefits app for your chosen device from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

 

Enter your username and password.  If you’ve never logged in, your username will be your first initial, last name, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g., jsmith1234).  The default first-time password is 2013.

Press Save.

Update your password

      1.    The next screen will require you to change your password.  The password must:

      ·         Have a minimum of 6 characters

      ·         Not be one of your last 3 passwords

      ·         Contain upper and lowercase letters

      ·         Contain at least one number

 

      2.    Press Submit to change your login information.

 

Login with your username and new password.  Press Save

 

Set a PIN

     You can now create a four-digit passcode for easier logins.  Enter a pass code.  You’ll be prompted to reenter your pass code to confirm.  You’ll be able to use the pass code to log into the app from this point forward.
