2. Upload a copy of your itemized receipt
Take a picture of your documentation and upload it into the Claims Requiring Receipts.
Your itemized statement or Explanation of Benefits (EOB) must include:
- Provider Name
- Patient Name
- Service(s) Received or Item(s) Purchased
- Date of Service
- Amount of Expense Incurred
- Documentation of Dental Insurance Payments, if applicable to these transactions
Can’t find your receipt? Call your doctor, dentist, or pharmacy today and have them send you (and/or us) a copy.
Have upcoming expenses? Take pictures to take action!
The IRS requires proof that your FSA/HRA pre-tax dollars are used for eligible expenses. Take pictures of your receipts, statements and EOBs as soon as you have them and add them to the mobile app receipt organizer so you can easily upload them if you receive another substation request. Remember- save all your receipts and keep them with your annual tax documentation.
